Nuclear Meltdown Near LA Released More Than 400 Times More Radiation Than Three Mile Island

The almost 50-year old incident has mostly been kept quiet, but an "independent advisory panel estimated it was likely that radiation released during the meltdown caused about 260 cases of cancer within a 60-square-mile area around the reactor."

Quite interesting for those who say the WTC couldn't have been nuked because there weren't enough cases of cancer. Were talking about a reactor meltdown that has been estimated to cause a few hundred cases of cancer over 40 years. Whereas we already know there have been many cases of cancer in ground zero responders-- including thyroid cancer, which is typically associated with radiation poisoning.

Also note there were 400 total cancers in Ground Zero responders, including 75 blood cancers.

The official excuse for the cancers is toxins released from the shattered tower contents-- heavy metals and polyphenols, etc.

While some cancers may be due to the toxins released, cancers usually take many years to develop and as far as I know, there is not much if any precedent for acute exposure to toxins causing cancers at this kind of rate. One can always argue that the WTC pile was a uniquely cancerous situation, however, one can also argue just as well that the cancers were caused by radiation from the nuking of the WTC. After all, would a true building collapse cause such an extreme degree of pulverization and toxin release? One could thus argue that extreme demolition was required to turn the towers into compact mounds of debris smoldering with toxins.

there has already been over 400 cases of cancer among wtc destruction responders.
certainly none of these cases were caused by gravity.

Cancers associated with high dose exposure include leukemia, thyroid, breast, bladder, colon, liver, lung, esophagus, ovarian, multiple myeloma, and stomach cancers. United States Department of Health and Human Services literature also suggests a possible association between ionizing radiation exposure and prostate, nasal cavity/sinuses, pharyngeal and laryngeal, and pancreatic cancer.
