Planning false flag and other black operations take a long time, so it isn't surprising that this latest
hoax has been in the oven for many months.
Exactly WHEN one of them is pulled from out of the oven and served up to an ignorant public via a complicit media, depends on when the timing is most propitious.
Propitious timing is determined by
political and corporate needs, usually. Sometimes, the services of a Court astrologer are used to divine the best time to carry out a specific action.

Whenever I see a photo like the one in today's news showing a smiling
Oboma enjoying a Hawaiian snow cone, I see a President who has long come to grips with reality.
He is not a worried man, concerned about how to make this world a better place -- at least as most of US would define "better place".
He doesn't appear to have ever even considered challenging the power of the military-security complex.
I think he's perfectly content in his role of BEING
President. He gets the spotlight
and avoids the risks associated with actually DOING anything meaningful that would result in
bringing about actual change that
most of us hoped for whenever we voted for him in 2008.
