FAA Being Pressured to Open US Skies to Drones, Including Predator Drones

Yes, I can only see good coming from this and use of drones would never be abused, right?
Unmanned aircraft have proved their usefulness and reliability in the war zones of Afghanistan and Iraq. Now the pressure's on to allow them in the skies over the United States.

The Obama Administration has stepped up the use of drones in Pakistan and Afghanistan, killing hundreds, but concern to date about their use in the United States has focused on their potential collision threat to civilian aircraft.

The Federal Aviation Administration has been asked to issue flying rights for a range of pilotless planes to carry out civilian and law-enforcement functions but has been hesitant to act.
Though, frankly, the CIA is probably already running their drones over us anyway. I know I've posted something on drones being used to spy on Americans here, but can't find it right now.

On the serious side, I have tried to get readers to realize that anything our regime is doing to innocent peoples around the world it likely did FIRST to our own citizens.

Ref.: Port Chicago nuke (a year before Hiroshima), germ warfare etc., etc.

So likely a secret drone program began in the USA. So many agencies might be in charge of this besides CIA--could be NRO, NSA, military intel, etc.

Hell, all these fuckers would want their drones to "protect us from terre-ists."

Half of all freight trains are robot controlled, without humans on board. Crashes have increased, Senator Ted Kennedy held hearings, nobody cared.
